When using ITSM4Outlook for the first time, you will need to configure and connect to your own server. This step is easily done by clicking on the “ _Add Server_” button, available in the “ _Get Started_” section of the _ITSM Service Today_ panel. Simply fulfill the required fields for server identification and log into your BMC Remedy account. Once the required information is validated, just refresh the _ITSM Service Today_ panel to show your workload. You will then have access to all your IT requests, directly from Outlook.
