**END OF VERSION SUPPORT NOTICE**

As of May 1st 2020, support for Remedy 8.x & 9.0 is discontinued as those versions are now “end of life”.

ITSM4Office now supports Remedy/Helix from version 9.1.x.

**Important:** Upgrade All Clients to v2 first as this Server Component is not backward compatible with v1 Clients.

- ITSM4Office is now available as a **Deployment Package** (Helix & On-premises)

Customers who want to switch to a Deployment Package pipeline need to upgrade manually one last time to the 2.2.0.2 in order to avoid Data Import issues.
